LvR Mentoring ON RECORD is a one-time purchase. You pay €247 (plus VAT where it applies) once, and get a full year of access to our video library, an AI assistant, and other benefits. It's a single payment — there's no recurring charge and nothing renews automatically. You have 14 days after purchase to change your mind and get a refund — but if you start watching straight away, that right ends when you tick the box at checkout. Your rights as a consumer are protected. If you live outside the UK, some of these terms adjust to fit your country's laws — see section 15.
Who we are. LvR Mentoring ON RECORD is a service run by LvR Management Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (registered office ME19 6NR). You can contact us at contact@lvrmentoring.com.
Who Vimeo OTT is. We use Vimeo OTT to run the platform and handle checkout. Stripe processes your payment on our behalf. LvR Management Ltd is the merchant of record and the party you are contracting with — we receive your payment and are responsible for refunds, billing queries, and your access. Any Vimeo terms you must accept in addition will be shown at checkout.
These Terms. These Terms are the agreement between you and us. By purchasing, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
Your purchase gives you 1 year of access to LvR Mentoring content and features: the Foundation Library, the Advanced Library, LvR GPT, and The Drop newsletter. There is a single plan — no tiers. The current price is shown at checkout and on the pricing page: €247, one-time, plus VAT where it applies.
LvR GPT. This is an AI assistant based on the LvR Mentoring curriculum. Its answers are informed by the mentoring material but they are AI-generated: they can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and they are not professional or industry advice. See section 8 for the full rules.
The Drop newsletter. We send this as part of your access. If you'd rather not receive it, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email — that won't affect your access to the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy access. If we find your account was opened by someone under 18, we may close it.
When you set up an account, you agree to:
Your access is for you personally. You can't share your account with others, sell access, or use the Service to teach paying students of your own or in any commercial setting.
What you pay. The price is €247, plus VAT where it applies, shown at checkout. It's a single, one-time payment — not a recurring charge. If a promotion or discount applies, we'll tell you what it is, what it costs, and when it ends.
How we charge you. We charge your payment method (card, digital wallet, etc.) once, in full, at checkout. That's it — there's no second charge, no renewal, and no need to cancel anything down the line.
If your payment fails. If we can't collect payment, your purchase won't go through and you won't be given access. You're welcome to try again with a different payment method.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may pause your account while we sort it out. It's usually faster to contact us at contact@lvrmentoring.com.
Your legal rights: Under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have 14 days from the day you buy access to change your mind and get a refund — the "cooling-off period." Similar rights apply if you live in the EU/EEA.
Because our content is delivered digitally, the way this works is as follows:
Either way, you can email us at contact@lvrmentoring.com during the 14 days to cancel and request a refund. We'll explain what refund applies based on your choice.
After the 14 days, we don't offer refunds for the rest of your access period. Because this is a one-time purchase, there's no ongoing charge to cancel — you simply keep access for the full year you paid for.
No auto-renewal. Your access runs for exactly 1 year from the date of purchase, then ends automatically. We will not charge you again, and there is nothing you need to do to "cancel" — there's no subscription running in the background.
Wanting another year. If you'd like to keep learning after your year ends, you're welcome to make a new purchase at the price and terms available at that time. We may email you before your access ends to let you know it's coming up and how to renew if you want to.
Everything on the Service — videos, written material, LvR GPT outputs, artwork, and everything else — belongs to LvR Management Ltd or its licensors. When you purchase access, we give you permission to watch, read, and use the content for your personal, non-commercial learning, for the duration of your access period.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account without a refund, and we may take legal action.
LvR GPT is an AI assistant included with certain tiers. It's built on top of a third-party language model and tuned to reflect the LvR Mentoring curriculum.
What it does well. It can help you explore concepts, get quick answers grounded in the mentoring material, and think through creative or career questions.
What to expect. LvR GPT outputs are AI-generated. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. They are not legal, medical, financial, career, or industry advice. Don't rely on them for important decisions without checking with a human expert.
What you can do with the outputs. You can use LvR GPT outputs for your own personal learning under the same rules as our other content (section 7). You cannot use outputs to build competing services, to train other AI models, or in any commercial way.
What we log. We keep a record of your prompts and the model's responses so that we can run and improve the Service, deal with abuse and technical issues, and meet our legal obligations. We do not currently use your prompts, session recordings, or transcripts to train or fine-tune the underlying model, or any third-party AI model. If this changes, we'll update this policy and, where prompts are involved, ask for your consent first.
What you must not put into LvR GPT. Don't paste in other people's personal data, anything confidential to your employer or a third party, or illegal content. If you do, we may remove it, stop your access to LvR GPT, or close your account.
The library will change. We add, update, and remove content over time. We don't guarantee any particular video, course, module, or feature will stay on the Service for the whole of your access period.
Material removals. If we remove a big part of what's promised in section 2, we'll tell you in advance and offer you a pro-rated refund for the remaining part of your access period.
Downtime. We try to keep the Service running smoothly. If it goes down for more than 48 hours in a billing period and this isn't your fault, contact us and we'll consider a credit or partial refund.
Your legal rights: If you're a UK consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights that we can't take away — for example, the right to a service supplied with reasonable care and skill, and to digital content that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality. Where UK law gives you a stronger right than these Terms, the law wins. Similar rules apply in the EU/EEA and in some other countries.
Things we don't limit. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
Everything else. For everything that can be limited by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for your access, or £100, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
Educational purpose. The Service is for education. We don't guarantee you'll get a booking, release, deal, income, or career outcome from using it.
Contact us first. If something's gone wrong, please tell us at contact@lvrmentoring.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
Alternative Dispute Resolution. If we can't sort things out directly, we don't currently use a certified ADR provider, but you're welcome to raise your complaint with one of the regulators below. If you are an EU consumer, you can also use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Regulators. For data protection issues, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. For advertising, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) at asa.org.uk. For on-demand programme service concerns in the UK, Ofcom at ofcom.org.uk.
We handle your personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for the full details, including what we collect and why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, how to exercise your rights, and how international data transfers are handled.
For marketing emails (like The Drop), you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms; not to harass, abuse, or harm anyone; and not to circumvent our security or content protection.
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you break these rules or if we're required to by law.
We may change these Terms from time to time. Reasons include changes to the law or to how regulators expect us to operate, changes to how the Service works, adding or removing features, and fixing errors.
If we make a change that meaningfully affects you (for example, price, refund rules, or how we use your data), we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can cancel free of charge before it comes into effect. Small clarifications and legal updates that don't materially disadvantage you may take effect immediately.
UK. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England & Wales.
EU/EEA. If you live in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply on top of these Terms and win where there's a clash. You can bring proceedings in either England & Wales or your country of residence.
US. If you live in the United States, these Terms apply together with any additional protections required under applicable federal and state law, including rules on clear pricing disclosures. We aim to give you clear notice of the price and exactly what you're getting before you're charged. If you have questions about your rights as a US consumer, contact us at contact@lvrmentoring.com.
Rest of world. If you live somewhere else, these Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, but local consumer protections may still apply where they can't be waived.
No transfer. You can't transfer these Terms to anyone else. We can transfer them to a group company or a successor business without your consent — we'll tell you if we do.
Third parties. No one other than you and us has any rights under these Terms.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Force majeure. We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control (for example, internet outages, natural disasters, actions by government).
